As the Vice President, Product Strategy at Envoy Global Inc, you will lead the strategic direction of our product portfolio across all geographies.

We are seeking a VP, Product Strategy to leverage their deep understanding of global mobility and immigration while driving Envoy Global initiatives, such as enhancing market positioning, differentiation, and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

Your ability to apply the three elements of Envoy's Strategic vision (core values, envisioned future, & strategy) to Envoy's growth goals will drive your success as VP, Product Strategy. As our Vice President, Product Strategy you will be required to: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global product strategy aligned with the company's overarching objectives and customer needs across various geographies.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in global immigration and mobility markets.
  • Own customer segmentation and lifecycle to map product – usability and value work across all customers.
  • Define clear market positioning strategies to differentiate our visa, immigration, and compliance software solutions and address the unique challenges faced by organizations and individuals worldwide.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to prioritize features and enhancements that meet global customer requirements.
  • Act as the primary advocate for customers globally, gathering feedback, insights, and user data to inform product roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Explore opportunities for expansion into new markets or service offerings globally, leveraging our expertise in immigration to deliver additional value to customers worldwide.
  • Lead efforts to optimize customer retention and reduce churn globally through proactive engagement strategies, customer education, and product innovations, collaborating with software and service teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of product initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making on a global scale.

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in product management or product strategy roles within the technology industry, preferably in the immigration or global mobility space.
  • Extensive experience in global immigration regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics across diverse geographies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, achieve results, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
