VP, Program Management & Chief of Staff (Remote)

In this role, you will drive collaboration across our divisions by fostering a shared understanding of business imperatives, while driving complex cross-functional projects and initiatives. What you'll be doing

What you'll do in a Program Management capacity

Build and drive program management processes to ensure the right strategic, cross-functional initiatives at Fleetio are clearly understood and prioritized, have clear ownership and accountability, are appropriately transparent and resourced resulting in successful delivery. Specific expectations:

• Create, coordinate and drive a portfolio of cross-functional projects across Fleetio
• Initiate and/or lead projects arising from the business strategy and market landscape
• Develop a transparent and consistent process to project management allowing all stakeholders visibility and clear accountability to a project
• Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects and business initiatives where project deliverables, risks, and issues are clearly understood and appropriate decisions are made
• Lean into data and key performance indicators to determine the right mix of projects and to monitor project success before, during and after launch
• Manage the effective utilization, allocation, and deployment of internal/external resources to ensure successful delivery and support of portfolio projects
• Build cohesive project teams and provide the leadership necessary to maximize success

What you'll do in a Chief of Staff capacity

Be a trusted strategic adviser to the CEO and leadership team ensuring the team is focused and driving the right priorities and having the right conversations at the right time.

• Be able to look around the corner to uncover opportunities that will accelerate the business and lead the change to drive improvement
• Work across all functions to help drive the company's operating rhythm and push the most critical company priorities and initiatives forward
• Exemplify and drive a mindset of continuous improvement, operational rigor and transparency
