VP Programmatic Demand

Outbrain is looking for a VP, Programmatic Demand Partnerships who is ready to make an impact by owning Outbrain’s programmatic demand strategy. In this position, you will be working closely with senior leadership to define Outbrain's approach to creating new partnerships as well as expanding on our current DSP and SSP relationships. You will lead a global team made up of seasoned Business Development and Account Managers who are responsible for signing on new demand partnerships as well as managing existing DSPs and SSPs partnerships worldwide. You will be responsible for facilitating integrations and optimizations of existing partnerships in order to maximize revenue and to support development of new innovative products.
A day in the life:
- Responsible for all programmatic demand partnerships at Outbrain
- Business development work with the leading DSPs worldwide, as well as leading account management of more than 40 existing partners
- Assuring the best possible representation of Outbrain's unique supply in various programmatic marketplaces, deal libraries, and customer success DSP teams
- Establishing multi-level relationships between our partners and various stakeholders in Outbrain
- Active demand management for new business opportunities on the supply or product side
- Working closely with the programmatic operations team for onboarding and optimizations
What you’ll bring:
- Senior level relationships with major industry players, preferably with major DSPs
- Track record of successful negotiations
- Deep programmatic product and technical understanding
- 10+ years of experience
- NYC based

The base pay range for this position is $200,000.00-$250,000.00 in addition to a competitive commission package. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for an equity package, as well as our benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Outbrain’s total rewards package.
