As our VP of Relationship Management, you will be responsible for building out and leading the team that will support our founders from onboarding until the exit of the company. Your goal is to ensure that founders have the best possible experience founding a company with Redesign Health. This includes supporting founders in navigating and taking full advantage of the platform resources, running feedback loops, and triaging any issues.Â
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our founders and partner closely with the venture chairs and launch managers to support founders.
You will report and work with the Head of Business Success at our New York City headquarters or remote.
What you'll do:- Build a team that acts as the lifetime company relationship manager; a single point of contact and owner of their Redesign platform relationship as well as owner of operating company feedback
- Hire, coach and mentor relationship managers
- Develop the playbook on how we best support companies from launch to exit and maximize the value we deliver to them
- Drive the founder feedback strategy, process & outcomes. Review founder feedback frequently and drive execution of improvement areas.
- Be responsible for the quality of support of relationship managersÂ
- Resolve escalations from stakeholdersÂ
- Manage staffing and team capacityÂ
- Act as voice of customer across the organization
- Background
- 12+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
- 4 years of experience managing small and large business accounts providing a complex SaaS or Platform product
- 4 years of experience managing senior cross-functional stakeholders
- 2 years of experience building and managing large account management teams
- Clear track record of being customer-obsessed and implement processes and tools to deliver the most value
