Job Description

PandaDoc is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced VP of Revenue Operations to join our team. As the driving force behind our Revenue Operations function, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our Go-To-Market Organizations (Sales, CS, Support & Marketing) for maximum effectiveness and success. Collaborating closely with our CRO, CFO and Senior Revenue Leadership, you will lead the overall measurement, process enhancement, tech stack of our sales, CX and marketing organization. You will be a key influencer within the Executive Team, guiding our go-to-market strategy, execution, systems, and data strategy.

Your autonomy as a strategic thinker will be pivotal in envisioning and implementing strategies while working in harmony with diverse teams. Your leadership will extend across four key functions: Sales Ops, Systems, CX Ops, Marketing Operations, and Sales Enablement. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing leaders will be second nature, as you leverage your deep understanding of our go-to-market approach to swiftly transform business needs into actionable plans. Applying your data-driven decision-making acumen, rooted in a grasp of our business fundamentals and the SaaS landscape, you will identify process enhancements, opportunities, and efficiencies to improve our revenue teams' performance. About you:

  • 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations for high growth SaaS company including several years as second line leader
  • Experience managing and developing managers & individual contributors
  • History in affecting and influencing the go-to-market strategy and operations, including all processes, technology, metrics, reporting and data management
  • Data driven
  • Experience driving pipeline and managing tools that improve enrichment in a B2B environment
  • Strong People Leadership Skills - successful at influencing across team lines and partnering
  • Proven ability to lead and grow a best in class RevOps team
  • Proven ability to operate in a scrappy, iterative fashion
  • Bias to action

The compensation for this role (base + bonus) is set between $300,000 - $400,000 USD in addition to an equity package.
