This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Revenue Operations based in the United States.
This senior leadership role sits at the core of the go-to-market engine, responsible for building and optimizing the systems, processes, and insights that drive revenue performance at scale.
It is a highly strategic and operational position that connects sales, marketing, finance, and product functions into a unified, data-driven revenue organization.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Revenue Operations function, aligning sales, marketing, finance, and customer success around a unified go-to-market strategy.
- Drive AI adoption and automation across revenue workflows, including forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance analytics.
- Own sales planning processes such as territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and annual/quarterly forecasting.
- Build and maintain a modern RevOps tech stack, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance and pipeline health.
- Partner with executive leadership to define KPIs, track performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee sales enablement strategies, including onboarding, training, and continuous development programs.
- Lead and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM functions, including senior leadership experience.
- Proven success implementing AI tools, automation, and data-driven systems to optimize revenue performance.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred) and modern RevOps technologies.
- Deep understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning processes.
- Experience designing compensation plans, incentive structures, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience partnering at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
