About Us:
Reaktr.ai is a dynamic and innovative technology services company specializing in new-age cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network services, and AI & Data Science. As we expand our presence in Europe, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence in Europe, identifying and creating opportunities for business growth.
Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the extended sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Solution Selling: Drive the sales of new-age cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network services, and AI & Data Science offerings to meet client needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical teams, to ensure alignment in delivering customer value.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of proven experience as a Sales Head or in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong background in selling cloud, cybersecurity, network, AI & Data Science solutions.
Demonstrated success in creating and driving sales opportunities in the European market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of market trends and customer needs in the technology sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
