We are disrupting the construction industry by creating beautiful, sustainable, and high-quality homes using 3D printing, advanced materials, and robotics automation.
We’ve raised Series B funding and are backed by top investors like Khosla Ventures, Zeno Ventures, and Y-Combinator.
Mighty Buildings is looking for a high-impact sales leader to grow revenue, bring our technology to new markets, and develop a top-performing sales team. This position will drive all aspects of our sales direction and strategy with the goal of expanding customer breadth, revenue, profitability, and market share. You'll report directly to the CEO and work with our partners to deliver our 3D printed homes to communities across the world.
Responsibilities- Build a sales strategy, guided by clear market analysis and coordinated with company strategy, to meet aggressive revenue targets
- Develop a variety of inbound and outbound channels to continue growing a multi-billion dollar pipeline of single family home developers
- Close deals with developer partners and ensure successful partnerships that lead to repeat business
- Grow a team and manage the appropriate resources and qualification processes to achieve efficiency in a complex sales cycle
- Manage multiple internal stakeholders - including design, finance, engineering, and manufacturing - as well as multiple external stakeholders - from developers to capital partners to construction partners to government stakeholders - to structure and close joint ventures to bring our homes and manufacturing technologies to new markets.
- Bring market insights to the Product and R&D teams and collaborate to ensure we constantly deliver a best-in-class solution
- Partner with the marketing team to build and manage outreach campaigns, and create effective presentations that communicate the advantages of Mighty Buildings’ solutions
- Develop quarterly and annual sales plan that defines actions and owners to meet the company’s financial targets
- Executive experience driving strategic alignment and growing successful teams
- 10+ years experience in residential real estate working directly with developers or investors
- Strong market analysis skills and deep understanding of real estate developer profiles
- Fluency in project level financing, construction costing, development schedules, etc
- 7+ years experience closing 7- to 8-figure B2B contracts with complex sales cycles
- Exceptional communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to generate creative solutions to challenges
- Ability to travel globally
- Experience working in growth stage startups or with emerging products
