We are looking for a VP, Sales Development to drive our worldwide team of SDRs. The Sales Development team is over 100 people strong today with plans to triple this year. The team supports AEs across all segments with opportunity generation coming from inbound and outbound activity. The team will play a vital part in our 2022 growth strategy and reports to the CRO.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and grow a team of SDRs across multiple segments and geographies
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, PMM and Enablement to achieve business objectives
  • Define the global Sales Development vision and drive the delivery and execution of the organizational strategy
  • Achieve goals for the generation of qualified opportunities, along with sourced pipeline and ARR across segments

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years experience directly managing large and distributed Sales Development teams supporting a variety of segments (i.e. SMB through Enterprise) 
  • Experience with Salesforce, sequence / cadence tools and other sales-focused technologies
  • Strong strategic mindset around go-to-market tactics and approach
  • Comfort and experience operating in a fast-paced and analytical environment
  • Receptive to feedback, willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
  • Strong ownership attitude
