About the VP NA Enterprise Sales
The VP is responsible for all sales activities of the US Enterprise teams. This role is tasked with driving business for our Sales enablement platform and will lead, grow, and enhance the Enterprise teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
The US Enterprise team consists of 12 Account Executives managed by a 2 Sales Directors
Key Responsibilities for a VP NA Enterprise Sales, at Showpad
- Mentor and develop the sellers and First Line Managers to uncover new business and install base opportunities
- Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring sales leadership and strategic support
- Plan and deliver sales strategies to meet and exceed sales projections
- Work collaboratively with other Go-To-Market Teams to execute sales strategy as we introduce improvements to existing solutions and/or release new products
- Accurately submit weekly/monthly forecasts
- Uplift the collaboration with your EMEA counterparts to meet global needs & goals, while uncovering US focused initiatives to improve regional sales results
- Commit to continuous learning and innovation
Required Skills for a VP NA Enterprise Sales, at Showpad
- 3+ years managing first line managers via sales methodology and best practices with successful quota attainment
- 5+ years relevant enterprise sales experience with a track record of quota attainment
- Mastery of consultative sales techniques with complex sales cycles
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and C-level contacts
- Prior experience selling SaaS solutions to sales and marketing verticals is desired
- Demonstrated and effective collaboration with marketing, partners and business development functions
- A growth mindset and the ability to create structure
