About this position
The VP of Sales Strategy will be an energetic forward-thinking leader that will drive innovation and take Plexus to the next level. You will leverage data to provide actionable insights to create and drive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Plexus sales team and C-Suite. The VP of Sales Strategy will analyze market trends and implement strategies that bring growth and efficiencies. You will collaborate and create consensus with key departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and C-Suite leadership. You identify solutions when multiple people innovate together.

What you'll do
- You prepare comprehensive sales models integrating financial analysis, assumptions, and metrics. To develop recommendations, analyze past results and future outcomes in conjunction with market analyses.
- You perform business modeling and analysis, providing value-added insights for leadership to execute sales strategies.
- You build and enhance sales models used to forecast and report the company's revenue and other key KPIs, including daily sales data and forecasts.
- You develop retention strategies and programs.
- You manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; own deliverables end to end and collaborate with other teams within the business to achieve your goals.
- You assist in developing and delivering presentations for leadership, including board and C-Suite.
- You meet deadlines with the resources provided and never compromise ethical standards.
You should have
- You have a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. A master's is preferred.
- You're a proven change agent with extensive experience driving increased revenue in the Direct Sales space.
- You have proven expertise as an innovative thought leader with a clear vision to drive business strategy and complete complex projects.
- You're a mentor and coach that holds your team accountable for delivering results.
- You have advanced knowledge of data and can build complex models that provide actionable insights for leadership.
- You have done your best work collaborating in a team with fresh and innovative ideas which come to the table with solutions to move the business forward.
- You're a clear and concise communicator who can deliver digestible information at all levels of the organization and explain the Why.
- You thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
