VP, Strategic Accounts

We are growing our sales team and are looking for an experienced individual who has experience partnering with the top IDNs and health systems in the U.S. for digital health solutions. We need individuals who are ready to revolutionize healthcare delivery and partner with customers to leverage Biofourmis AI driven predictive analytics, remote monitoring, and decision support platforms drive down the cost of care and improve outcomes. This is a critical role that will drive awareness and adoption of Biofourmis' solutions by tier 1 health systems and the top 20 IDNs in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a customer sales funnel of tier 1 health systems and IDNs
  • Develop and leverage relationships with senior leaders at IDNs and health systems, inclusive of CIOs, CMOs and CNOs.
  • Adopt and own the Biofourmis sales process, inclusive of effective CRM management, to drive all opportunities through the funnel stages from lead to close
  • Lead customer presentations in-person and virtually
  • Drive over-plan orders and revenue across a defined set of IDN targets inclusive of the identification of customer needs, building of business plans, and by leading effective negotiations with interested customers
  • Build ROI models and leverage third-party and Biofourmis data to prove value of virtual care to target accounts
  • Accurately forecast orders and revenue quarterly and within a fiscal year
  • Build strategic partnerships with prospective and current customers and act as a voice of the customer internally within various departments of Biofourmis
  • Become an expert on the market, Biofourmis portfolio, and competitive landscape
  • Work directly with Key Opinion Leaders in the market to build awareness and evidence
  • Setting quarterly and annual goals, present strategies, and back-up plans
  • Effectively managing sales processes, budgets, and timelines
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Align internally at Biofourmis to drive flawless execution of contracts
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and new opportunity selling and effectively partner with to drive new contracts
  • Ability to work comfortably in a remote environment but handle travel up to once a week when necessary

Requirements

  • MBA preferred ; will consider relevant Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years in sales in medical software, med-tech or biotech sales with proven top performance
  • Previous experience selling new and disruptive technologies to multiple stakeholders within a client organization
  • Proven track record of navigating sales process for 6+ month sales cycle, $1M+ sales opportunities
  • Skilled at negotiation, leveraging a variety of skills and tools (outside of price)
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Established relationships with C-suite executives at top 20 IDNs and health systems
  • Stellar written, verbal, and overall communications skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%
