Job Summary

Responsible for the development of organization objectives, long-range and strategic plans and identification of organization strengths and weaknesses. Recommends the allocation of resources to existing businesses, the acquisition of new businesses and the disposition of existing businesses. Plans the overall direction of the Strategic Planning department. Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. Creates business strategy to focus on strengths, competitive advantage and differentiation. Incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual and critical issues. Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results. Recognizes profitability and revenue potential in business opportunities. Demonstrates leadership versatility.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities Creates company business model. Evaluates the economics and business models of specific products/services, companies and industry sectors. Plans organization direction and strategy accordingly. Supports the launch of new products by working with key constituents across several business unit functions (e.g., product development, programming, operations etc.) to ensure alignment with business objectives. Initiates business development and partnership discussions, including distribution, technology/product, content and monetization deals. Develops strategy for environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies relating to the Company's growth and profitability. Communicates strategies and direction effectively across the organization. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in New York City, with a Pay Range of $254,850.48 USD - $382,275.72 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
