Talent Acquisition
The Talent Acquisition job directs and implements strategic recruitment and employment programs related to the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning. This job also provides input to senior management regarding the design, development, and analysis of talent acquisition strategies and supporting programs. This job manages a department that includes multiple teams and owns short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of function strategy and operational direction that job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Directs implementation of recruiting and resourcing strategies, focusing on strategically sourcing and allocating appropriate candidates, all while maintaining a low cost per hire.
- Oversees improvement initiatives for recruitment and staffing processes, tools and policies according to organizational human resources strategies.
- Presents talent acquisition updates to leadership and provides recommendations on talent acquisition strategies which address the organization's current and future workforce needs.
- Seeks and creates relationships with external vendors and recruiting partners (e.g, universities, staffing organizations, employment fairs) to gain access to a pipeline or network of targeted talent pools.
- Drives innovation within the talent acquisition function resulting in the design and/or creation of new (or improvements to existing) products, services and assessment tools.
- Defines consistent and relevant talent acquisition success criteria, metrics and reporting dashboards that demonstrates return on investment.
- Leads quantitative and qualitative analysis on talent acquisition programs, to understand key trends and to provide recommendations on program and process improvement.
- Manages performance of both direct reports and the larger talent acquisition team through regular, timely feedback and the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development.

Base Pay Range: $147,300/yr. - $245,500/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
