TM Business Partner

The Talent Management Business Partner manages a team or department that is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering human capital programs that make the best use of an organization's talent and ensures maximum return from their talent. This job owns short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of talent management and learning strategy and the operational direction of the team or department.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Drives the effective implementation of talent review and succession planning strategies to ensure the ongoing availability of appropriately skilled employees.
  • Defines consistent and relevant talent management, organization development, learning success criteria, performance metrics and reporting dashboards to ensure program efficiency, effectiveness and return-on-investment (ROI) value and identify enterprise gaps.
  • Provides thought leadership into talent management and organization development strategies in support of the overall business strategy.
  • Drives innovation and value creation across the business via the development of talent management programs, organization capability initiatives and, learning and development programs.
  • Influences and presents to senior leadership information regarding the adoption and performance of talent management, organization capability, and learning programs to promote the achievement of business strategy and accelerate change.
  • Collaborates closely with internal partners to align the operational excellence of the talent and learning function to ensure a seamless, effective service experience for employees and managers.
  • Manages performance of the talent management and learning team delivering services consistent with business strategy with a particular focus on process optimization, consistent use of technology and systems, and overall operational excellence.
  • Manages multiple teams, provides mentorship and guidance to employees to enhance their skill sets and experience within the organization.
  • Ensures that there is alignment with the enterprise and client group learning and development strategy while overseeing the design and development of all elements of the respective client group needs and programs to foster learning and expand growth opportunities for employees within the organization.

Base Pay Range: $162,800/yr. - $222,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
