VP - Technology Finance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for P&L and cash elements of the annual budget, in year forecasts and long-range plan for the AMCN GT&O group.
• Assist in the development of GT&O's vision, objectives, strategies, and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
• In conjunction with the FP&A teams, provide key insights and support for new deal and revenue driving initiatives to provide an accurate company ROI analysis and ensure appropriate resourcing levels.
• Create and maintain a cost to serve model across all areas of focus, including Streaming, Broadcast Operations and Content Preparation & Delivery
• In partnership with the GT&O leadership develop and maintain the technology capital plan, including initial build, maintaining an approval/governance process, and providing direction into cash and deprecation estimates to Corporate FP&A and Accounting.
• Create returns-based analysis supporting any new technology and product initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights to GT&O leadership, including creating and maintaining a standard set of KPIs.
• Working with the AMCN sourcing team, lead the new vendor/renewal evaluation and negotiation process to ensure maximum financial and/or operational outcomes for the company.
• Work with Business Intelligence and Financial Systems to enhance financial models and tools
• Facilitate and provide guidance designed to improve efficiency of processes, procedures and systems within the Finance function.
• Ensure compliance with regulations like Sarbanes/Oxley, PCI.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• MBA or pursuing MBA preferred
• 10+ years increasing responsibility within Finance organizations
• 5 plus years in a financial role supporting a technology organization required
• Experience in a streaming or media technology environment preferred
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
• Experience with data visualization tools and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Essbase, etc.)
• Must be a creative problem solver and a quick thinker
• Be adaptable to change and constantly looking for ways to automate and improve process

The base compensation range for this position is $190,000 to $215,000 commensurate with experience.
