Broadridge is hiring a VP, Cloud Engineering to join our Global Cloud Platforms Team. This is a leadership role to deliver on our vision of a fully managed Application Hosting Platform focused on Developer Experience in private and public clouds.

In this role you will:

• Provide thought leadership across our Application Hosting space in private and public cloud

• Provide leadership to virtual teams to engineer and operate complex initiatives

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them to specific deliverables

• Manage end-to-end project delivery: planning, execution and operations

• Effectively interact with various technology and business partners across multiple systems and technologies

• Help define, support and sustain technology and process continuous improvements as we rollout App Hosting Platform across the enterprise

• Participate in architectural decisions and strategies for container platform and pattern development and implementations

• Help to develop your team's technical and organizational skills

• Capture and share best-practice amongst the kubernetes, container and cloud communities

Required Core Skills:

Senior IT professional who is self-motivated, with deep analytic and problem-solving skills

7+ years of experience in all aspects of infrastructure with particular emphasis on container, kubernetes and cloud technologies

3+ years of successful experience managing engineering and operations teams

7+ years of experience in all aspects of infrastructure with particular emphasis on container, kubernetes and cloud technologies

Effective communicator, able to build true partnerships across the enterprise various technology and business stakeholders

A thought-leader in the application hosting space who can clearly express ideas, concepts and map them to enterprise software delivery process

Experienced in providing technical leadership and strong project management to delivery teams running complex implementations

Strong understanding of private/public cloud and infrastructure components (platform, security, IaaS, PaaS, Integration, data, and applications) to deliver end to end Application Hosting architectures and designs

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with an ability to take end-to end ownership and drive an outcome

Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with senior management and executive roles for internal and external partners

Growth mindset: highly motivated to acquire new knowledge, develop abilities, take on challenges and learn from them

Willing to challenge status quo and hungry to learn and to embrace innovation and continuous improvement

Ability to engage, lead and drive vendors working closely with our Vendor Management function

A strong team player, self-motivated and a positive attitude

Salary Range: $185,000 to $200,000 Annual

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
