The ChallengeÂ
The VP, Total Rewards will be responsible for the strategy and design of broad based compensation, as well as the health and wellness benefits and initiatives across the global company. Reporting to the CPO, you will lead a team of professionals that will enable the strategy for how we attract, reward, and engage talent globally by partnering with the executive leadership team and the board as the company prepares for an IPO.
Your MissionÂ
- Develop a Total Rewards strategy that is people centered and aligns with OneTrust vision and ensures IPO-readiness
- Develop innovative tools and programs that support OneTrust purpose and align with the OneTrust culture
- Partner with HRIS Team to identify system enhancements that support global growing company
- Present recommendations for future benefits plans and compensation designs to senior leadership and board committees
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, including monitoring vendor performance
- Plan and evaluate changes to compensation and benefits to ensure alignment with OneTrust goals
- Lead and develop a team focused on research, design, evaluation, and implementation of total rewards programs globally
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure awareness and training is conducted to best communicate and evangelize the value proposition of OneTrust total rewards
- Lead the design and implementation of pre/post IPO executive comp strategy including design, implementation, communication and administration of equity and cash comp programs
- Address and mitigate SEC & ISS inquiries, ensuring compliance along the IPO launch roadmap
You AreÂ
- Great leader with extensive experience building and managing a team that delivers on strategic outcomes in complex organizations
- Extensive experience managing multiple projects across multifaceted matters and processes
- Skilled ability to make data driven decisions while looking at different perspectives in areas where there is no precedent
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external business partners
- Experience identifying and managing risk to organizations
Your Experience IncludesÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12-15 years’ experience in broad based and executive compensation, including wellness benefits strategy and design within large scale companies, preferably within an enterprise level software organization
- Pre and Post IPO experience within hyper-growth organizations
- Experience working at hypergrowth SaaS based companies
- In depth knowledge of ERISA, benefit plan design, plan management
- Knowledge of global retirement benefits, including 401(k) plans, non-qualified plans, and Group Registered Retirement Savings Plans
- Knowledge of compensation philosophies and best practices
- Experience making data-driven decisions and influencing through data insights and analytics
