Job Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to become a member of our dynamic teams and work closely with one of our inspiring US clients who build high-quality automated tests and enhance existing ones through optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA with a progressive increase in responsibilities. 
• Experience with Cypress and JavaScript (Must have). 
• Knowledge of QA fundamentals (small & progression tests). 
• Ability to write excellent test plans and test scripts. 
• Manual testing experience. 
• Strategic understanding of automation tools and frameworks, with hands-on ability to implement and maintain automation regression. 
• Experience with Typescript, Gitlab, GCP, Cloudflare, DNS firewall, CI/CD, Scrum Sprints (Nice to have). 
• Strong understanding of QA processes and concepts, including test case preparation and testing methodologies. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to take ownership, and the ability to identify and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence. 
• Familiarity with Slack and Teams for meetings. 
• Experience attending grooming meetings, providing input on feasibility and complexity of requirements, and offering POV on tasks. 
• Proactivity. 
• Experience in providing management, including task guidance and delegation. 

What you will do:

• Design and develop test automation scripts.
• Use test automation guidelines and participate in planning activities.
• Collaborate with QA Analyst and Software Developers to establish quality assurance parameters.
• Designing test procedures and frameworks.
• Be responsible for test automation framework design and architecture on medium complexity solutions.
• Supervise the creation of testing documents.
• Implement and oversee testing procedures.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and delegate tasks to team members as needed. 
• Troubleshoot quality issues and adapt test procedures accordingly.
