VST Test Drive Administrative Coordinator

Autonomous vehicle systems test engineers are taking main role in final step of Active Safety systems verification: functional tests in prototype vehicles. To provide reliable results their main responsibilities are: creating complete set of test procedures, performing tests on test track using dedicated vehicles and special test equipment, analyzing results and preparing test reports. Due to complexity of active safety systems and petabytes of data for analysis, our main challenges are: smart approach to testing and development of dedicated software tools.

Your Role

• Supervision of test vehicles fleet
• Preparing plans of routes for data collection expeditions
• Coordinating logistics activities related to the collection and processing of test data
• Arranging buisiness trips for test teams
• Preparing reports from test drives
• Controlling the correctness and acceptance of invoices
• Supervision of purchase orders
• Co-operation with remote AS&UX teams

Your background

• English at least B2
• Driving license cat. B
• Computer literacy and MS Office toolset
• High technical awareness (car components, ordering process)
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work in a team

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the basics of electronics and electronic metrology
• Experience with Automotive industry
