Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer in the Falls Church/Alexandria, VA area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contribute as member of the VTC engineering cell.
• Plans, evaluates, and/or coordinates the installation of local and/or remote equipment such video endpoints, work with onsite technicians.
• Implement VTC upgrades, perform new installations, and modify existing provisioning on multiple models of VTC collaboration endpoints (RoomKit, SX80, and DX80).
• Support local and remote customers with technical issues over phone/conference platforms or in person, work with ticketing system to ensure issues are addressed efficiently in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience required
• Possess a good understanding and familiarity with video conferencing and streaming technologies including VTC, WebEx and VBrick content delivery (CDN).
• Perform diagnostics and support related to all levels of VTC equipment such as Cisco VTC Endpoints, CMS, Cisco Expressway and TMS.
• Working knowledge and experience configuring and integrating Cisco video devices with Cloud-based WebEx environment.
• Possess a strong working knowledge of SIP, H.320 (ISDN) and H.323 (IP) protocols for video communications.
• Work with firewall traversal devices to provide external SIP/IP calling capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with dial plans, traversal/neighbor zones, and call interworking on Cisco Expressway Series.
• Working knowledge of implementing and testing of IP/SIP video streaming systems utilizing VBrick Cloud based Content Delivery Network (CDN).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex VTC/WebEx problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, providing technical material and briefings as required.
• Understanding and working knowledge of Audio Visual systems with automated integrated VTC systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNP
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT, engineering, or network field

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust (Must obtain clearance prior to setting start date)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
