VTL Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment to produce components according to specifications. • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers for quality inspection of finished products. • Perform laser cutting, welding, and electrical discharge machining as required by production needs. • Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. • Maintain accurate records of production output and quality inspections. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery. Requirements • Proven experience in operating VTL machines or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred. • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers. • Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and standards in a manufacturing environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing production demands.
