About This Role:

The Wage and Tax Payment Manager will oversee and supervise the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. The Wage and Tax Payment Manager will oversee timely filings for bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual payroll taxes (941, State Withholding, W-2, etc.). This position will partner with the Controller on financial practices and reporting.

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, and/or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional).
• 5 to 10 years of related expenses working as a Payroll Administrator and/or Payroll Tax Accountant.
• 5 to 10 years of supervisor experience.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
