WAITSTAFF, NA-03/FLX, CAMP FOSTER (OCEAN BREEZE)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age AND have graduated from high school or been awarded a certificate equivalent to graduating from high school; OR Have completed a formal vocational training program; OR have received a statement from school authorities agreeing with preference for employment rather than continuing education. (Valid documentation will be required upon hire.).
2. Must be able to perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, lifting and carrying objects up to 10 lbs independently and objects over 10 lbs with assistance.
3. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and night time.
4. Must obtain a Food Handlers Card.
5. Must be able to complete Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively (C.A.R.E) to assure serving alcohol responsibly.
6. Must complete Cash Handling Training Course before handling fund and Refresher Course once per year.
7. Knowledge of basic math.
8. Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills orally and in writing.
