To support our Vision 2030 Growth Strategy Mondelēz ANZ has invested in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built, fully automated sorting and retrieval warehouse and distribution centre in Melbourne's West, Truganina.
As a result, we have some very exciting career opportunities, come and play a crucial role in the set-up and operations of our new mega Distribution Centre.
We're currently on the lookout for experienced Outbound Warehouse Coordinator to join our team, with opportunities across our Afternoon (2pm - 10pm) shift.
How you will contribute:
As a Warehouse Coordinator - Outbound you will be responsible for:

  • The planning and scheduling of docks for all outbound loads and outbound shipments to staging lanes
  • Releasing orders for manual full pallet picking (customer orders and co-packing)
  • The efficient and accurate preparation of all outbound shipping paperwork for local and international freight
  • Partnering with cross functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery and pick up of containers and trucked loads
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to internal warehouse teams


What you will bring

  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with demonstrated knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations. Container Management experience advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with impeccable attention to detail.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • A can-do attitude, taking a proactive approach to problem solving
  • A safety-first approach
  • A passion or continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM - advantageous)
