Zuri is a fast-growing retailer of contemporary furnishings. We develop and distribute our own designs which are sold through ecommerce and retail channels.
The Warehouse Department Manager role is a critical position located in our 300,000 square foot distribution center. Department Managers are responsible for managing a team of associates to execute day-to-day operations with a high level of accuracy. Organization, management experience, and the ability to adapt quickly are required.
Base salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
YOU WILL:
- Manage all aspects of a specific warehouse department
- Lead a team, drive efficiency, and develop talent
- Communicate statuses and field questions from non-warehouse teams
- Track team performance to ensure quality standards
- Implement solutions to unexpected problems in real time
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Management experience in a related field
- Strong ability to learn new software and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in implementing process changes
