Job Description

Guarantee the achievement of the company's quantity and quality objectives, in the reception/shipping activities within the Warehouse Department, through the application of the general Department procedures (MAG) and the dedicated Customer documentation (Customer Sheets), in compliance with the scheduling of arrivals/departures, instructions from your manager and safety and environmental protection regulations.

SPECIFIC TASKS/PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

- Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize shipment/arrival scheduling (PDS/DPS).

- Interface with couriers to manage and optimize daily receiving and shipping activities.

- Handling materials (Raw Materials, Products, Samples) during reception/shipping and picking/positioning, in the warehouse locations (at ambient T or controlled T).

- Interface with the PDS and DPS Client service, to find all the documentation and information necessary to complete the movement of incoming and outgoing materials/products/samples.

- Check and fill in the entire document package, necessary to proceed with the goods receiving/shipping transactions.

- Receive and upload the Goods Receipt Notes of incoming materials, raw materials and products into the system.

- Prepare and ship the materials, products/samples according to the procedures in force.

- Report any anomalies relating to the operation of the forklifts to your manager.

- Reporting any anomalies relating to the functioning of the freezers/cold rooms to the technical services after opening the RDS and consequent reporting to QO as per the procedure in force.

- Collaborate in the internal movement of materials/products between the two warehouses

- Request the return of materials present in external warehouses within the necessary timeframes.

- Prepare and send materials and returns after the production cycle to external warehouses with related documentation.

- Carrying out Picking and subdivision of PDS/DPS lots following specific request.

- Support daily verification of reports (temperatures, humidity, plotted discs, etc.).

- Apply general site, safety, quality and warehouse specific procedures including customer-dedicated ones.

- Collaborate with your managers to provide feedback necessary for drafting reports for monitoring KPIs.

- Collaboration in the identification and implementation of JDI and documentary and operational simplifications within the department.

- Support the department in the management and segregation of waste and materials in a blocked state according to the procedure in force and in carrying out the activities necessary for physical/fiscal destruction.

- Collaborate in carrying out physical counting activities for internal inventories and for inventories requested by customers.

- Carry out SAP and PMX transactions correctly, ensuring physical/accounting alignment
