Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse environment. This position involves various tasks related to warehouse operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and support for the overall functionality of our facilities. Responsibilities • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space by performing regular cleaning duties. • Conduct residential painting and floor care tasks as needed to ensure a presentable environment. • Provide custodial services, including commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning, to uphold hygiene standards. • Assist with porter duties, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained. • Perform buffing and maintenance of floors to enhance their appearance and longevity. • Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any issues or repairs needed within the warehouse. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications • Previous experience in warehouse operations or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. • Knowledge of residential painting, floor care, custodial services, and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent organizational skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Must be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as necessary.
