Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at noon (12 PM).

Starting from $21+ per hour (based on experience).

Summary

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for functioning as a working lead, supporting the roles of the Warehouse operations, including but not limited to: checker, forklift operator, general labor, inventory, order builder.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading on to delivery trucks.
• Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Operate industrial power equipment.
• Restock and replenish as appropriate.
• Perform general maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
• Perform general warehouse/production/cooler service duties.

Qualifications

• High School - GED or Diploma preferred.
• 0 - 1 year of general work experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient Computer skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude with staff as well as maintaining a safe secure work environment.
• Must be motivated, energetic, and pay attention to detail.
• Forklift certification.
• Constant bending, kneeling, pulling, and/or lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
