Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

As the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator, you will beresponsible for warehouse operations and supporting freight shipments to all CDS onsite events. You will proactively track inventory levels of onsite supplies in the CDS warehouse, foster relationships with our suppliers and freight vendors, and support inbound/outbound shipments.
This is an in-person position based in our Bourne, MA office. Must be able to commute to the office daily.
Job Responsibilities
- Track and maintain adequate inventory levels for onsite and office supplies in the warehouse
- Conduct monthly inventory checks of onsite supplies in the warehouse
- Create replenishment shipments, using warehouse supplies, to send to domestic and international trade shows
- Receive all outbound and inbound shipments at the CDS warehouse; as needed inventory, store and/or disperse materials to recipients
- Responsible for clear and timely communication with our internal team members, vendors, and staff for quick turnaround on shipping requests
- Complete shipping requests from internal departments using our carriers or FedEx/UPS
- Support inbound and outbound trade show freight shipments as needed
- Develop an understanding of the CDS onsite products in order to help suggest alternative solutions when needed
- Evaluate and develop department standards with other core team members, to improve workflow, efficiency, and cost reductions
- Assist IT in configuring and assembling equipment to be road ready
- Collaborate with the production and registration coordinator teams to meet mailing timelines
- Other duties as assigned by the Onsite Experience Senior Manager
Required Skills & Experience
- Thorough understanding of inventory management
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to manage stressful situations and changing priorities
- Previous experience in warehouse operations
- MS Office and Teams experience
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time; must be able to use computer and telephone software, including typing on keyboard
- Must be able to think analytically, concentrate on tasks and remember details
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and move 50 lbs.; must be able to stand and walk for extended periods; must be able to stoop, bend, kneel and crawl
Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Work Schedule
Business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extended business hours and weekends may be required. Some travel may be required.
