Here at GXO, we're working together withPremier Foodsand looking forWarehouse Operativesto join our team in Tamworth (B78). You'll be working on afull-time, permanentbasis, on a'3 on 3 off'shiftpattern ( you only work for half the year!) ,covering the hours of06:00 to 18:00.

• An hourly rate of£12.14 - rising to £12.52 for Reach Truck and £12.90 for VNA - earn £25,825.80 per year!

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Pickgrocery products within set time frames and to the required standard using PPT / LLOP
• UseVNA and Reach Truck to pick and put away pallets
• Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles
• Operateequipment in line with health and safety policies and procedures - full training provided

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• VNA or Reach Truck experience beneficial but not essential - full training available
• Flexibility and commitment to provideexcellence with keen eye to detail
• Proactive approach and can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and take the next step in your career - 75% of our management team started as Warehouse Operatives
• Flexibility in your approach - we do have peak seasons!
