Warehouse Operator -

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented warehouse operator to join our team specializing in our distribution business in San Leandro, CA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse
• Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
• Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
• Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery
• Perform cycle counts, prepare bills of lading, and use computer software

• Candidates would need to be open to learning basic forklift skills and PIV usage and be willing to work at height.
• Candidates with prior knowledge or usage of barcode scanners are welcome.
• No prior warehouse experience necessary, all training will be completed on site.
