Warehouse Samples Fulfillment Assistant (Temporary)

We are currently looking for a Samples Fulfillment Assistant (Temporary) who can assist in our Irvine Corporate Warehouse to assist with daily tasks associated with samples. This assignment will be covering for a leave of absence.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

• Organize Sample contents and maintain cleanliness on returned product
• Organize and Store Samples by Numerical and Alphabetical Order
• Organize all samples for all departments and helping repair kits when needed
• Re-labeling Samples when needed
• Separate and pack all good samples by part number to send every Wednesday to OTL
• Keep Inventory of all samples in warehouse
• Prepare all new sample kits for new employees
• Register all incoming orders
• Prepare the information for the HD boxes and attach to each package in order to ship to the correct installer
• Pack and ship orders including samples and PPE when needed
• Utilize and fill out excel sheets with information regarding orders/shipping
• Respond to emails from multiple departments with information regarding orders

REQUIRED

• Availability to work full-time five days per week, Monday through Friday from 6am-2:30pm
• Can lift & carry up to 35 pounds
