Job Description

We are seeking a Kitroom Specialist responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of kit operations. The role involves efficiently handling bookings, managing kit allocations, ensuring precise inventory levels, and upholding established processes and standards. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders, addressing challenges, and proactively preparing kits to fulfill operational goals, while also providing support for audits and responding to emergency situations when necessary.

What you will do :

  • Receive and process bookings and kit requests
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, providing timely updates on the progress and status of bookings and kits
  • Accurately pick, pack, and release outgoing kits to customers, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Inspect all outgoing kits to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Follow up to ensure the timely and complete delivery of kits to the correct location
  • Coordinate the collection of kits after use
  • Conduct general verifications on returned kits
  • Assign kits for decontamination and washing, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specific requirements
  • Perform kit replenishment, ensuring all required items are present
  • Keep replenishment records up to date, and ensure no excess inventory is present in the kitroom area
  • Conduct all activities within the kitroom in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), objectives, and targets
  • Provide assistance as needed in Demo, Technical, and LTC processes
  • Conduct cycle counts as required

What You Need:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Healthcare
  • Desirable experience in the field of Medical Devices
  • Degree ideally in a medical-related field
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and the internet
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems
  • Working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Basic understanding of how Operations processes work together
  • Ability to adapt to different people and situations for positive outcomes
