Warehouse Supervisor at Alloga, a Cencora Company

Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire

Salary: £30,596.88

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)

Alloga, a Cencora company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our pick/pack operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while meeting the high standards of quality and service expected by Alloga UK, our clients, and governing bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and standards.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets and report on progress.
• Deputize for the Assistant/Shift Manager during their absence.
• Ensure orders are dispatched with the correct paperwork.
• Maintain cold-chain disciplines and compliance with MHRA and GDP standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in all operational areas.
• Record and address errors in a timely manner.
• Train and develop staff to maximize accuracy and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for all direct reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Manage staff appearance and ensure compliance with uniform standards.
• Report accidents and near misses to the Shift Manager and H&S Manager.
• Execute other reasonable tasks as directed by management.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience Required:

• GCSE Level Standard or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Knowledge of GDP and company policies.
• Completion of relevant SOP training within 3 months.
