Weigh and check quality of the cheese.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product
• Move racks from room to room and out of sonic washer
• Turn each cheese over on each shelf of rack by grabbing and flipping
• Cleaning of warm room and CIP area
• Maintain associated charts
• Operate pH machine
• Enter accurate information into SAP
• Assist others with moving racks
• Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals and conduct concentration checks
• Other duties as assigned

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You….

• Must be proficient with forklift safe operation.
• Knowledge of production inventory control operations.
• Proficient in use of the computer.
• Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills. 
• Ability to manipulate, lift and position heavy equipment
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel and crawl, occasionally climb steps and safety ladders, continuous walking and standing
• Must be able to work in a hot environment over 90 degrees and cold areas
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Requires regular attendance
