What you'll do
- Create and maintain project trackers for all facilities related projects. Document and track POD moves, onboarding, promotions, terminations, name, and seat changes.
- Manage the purchasing process for Warrior Services. Collaborate with internal legal department for creation of contract agreements and with internal finance partners for purchase orders
- Manage/Administration of the cafe system with entering new hires to termed employees. Ensure all employees have signed the agreement.
- Maintain the Warrior Services Teams folder
- Document and track all facilities compliance task
- Administrator of the Warrior Services website and department communications
- Create and maintain regularly standard operating procedures for all functions of the facilities department
- Document all deactivated badges for termed employees and report to the Information Security Team every month
- Assist Warrior Service Team with tasks when needed
- All other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma
- Project Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and collaboration skills
- Experience deploying new software
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Must be able to move around the buildings on a regular basis
- Some afterhours work required
