PURPOSE: The selected applicant will be responsible for the protection, security, and safety of allpersonnel and company assets.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Effectively represent the company to all guests
• Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, monitor access points permitting entry,and respond to emergencies
• Interpret and enforce company and departmental policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Irregular work schedule required
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly motivated, quick-learning, quality-conscious and have the initiative to take ownership
• Good telephone, verbal and written communication skills
• Very alert and able to act calmly and decisively under stressful conditions
• Able to work well with people in all areas and levels of the company
• Able to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required
• Excellent attendance and "on time "record required
• Able to walk up to two miles per shift and climb steps
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license

1. Must be a Lincoln Electric Employee with at least 2 years of service.

2. Must meet the minimum qualifications of the job, as listed above.

3. Must NOT be on an active Performance ImprovementPlan (PIP).

4. Employees who have been selected for a Posted Job must remain in the job for at least 2 years.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If selected for this job, most typically, the pay will be set towards the lower end of the pay range and may vary, depending upon candidate qualifications. Additionally, no compensation increases will be made for lateral or downgrade moves.
