Job Description

Wealth Advisor

Who are we?

IEQ Capital is a Registered Investment Advisor seeking to transform traditional wealth management. Our quest is to integrate the Intellectual and Emotional Quotient, generating exceptional investment results driven by a values-oriented culture that fosters connection and collaboration with our clients. We are an independent, predominantly employee-owned company, adhering to the fiduciary standard to put our clients' interests first. We focus our efforts on helping clients meet their investment objectives without the distractions and limitations that can arise within much larger organizations.

The Role

We are looking to add seasoned Wealth Advisors to our team across the country. These advisors have built great practices serving terrific clients but are constrained by much larger organizations. As a Wealth Advisor at IEQ, you will serve your clients and drive new growth supported by IEQ’s differentiated investment platform, talented client service teams and supportive culture of collective excellence. This role is for those that have had success self-sourcing and serving ultra-high net worth clients.

Why IEQ?

IEQ was founded by entrepreneurs to serve entrepreneurs and stewards of wealth. Advisors at IEQ focus on what’s important to their clients while continually growing their business. IEQ offers advisors a differentiated investment platform with access to opportunities not often found within larger and more bureaucratic organizations. We move quickly and decisively. The firm was built from the ground up with fully integrated technology solutions, scalability and operational efficiencies gleaned through decades of experience in wealth management. Unlike siloed practices at larger organizations where advisors are forced to compete with one another, IEQ Advisors and their teams are integrated into the firm and its unique culture. As employee owners, we are collectively focused on doing what is best for our clients in pursuit of exceptional investment results.
