Wealth Associate

Our client is seeking a versatile professional who can excel as a Wealth Associate. This role is designed for someone who enjoys client interaction while also contributing to the technical side of financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans, analyses, and projections using planning software.
• Assist in implementing financial strategies and tracking progress toward client goals.
• Run client review meetings and manage those existing relationships.
• Collaborate with the lead advisor to prepare for and follow up on client meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and regulations.

Qualifications

• Possesses financial literacy.
• Must have the Series 7 license. 
• Life & health insurance and Series 66 licensing are highly preferred.
• Fully licensed with Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) certifications.
• Must be proficient with financial planning software (eMoney or MoneyGuidePro would be a plus)
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Location: Des Moines, IA

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
