Wealth Management Associate

Compensation - $85,000-100,000 base salary plus bonus

Our client, a well-established Wealth Management firm, is seeking a motivated, driven individual to serve as a Wealth Management Associate for existing clients. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, professional presence, customer service mentality and strong organizational skills. They are adding a Wealth Management Associate to support the firm.
Responsibilities

• Serve as the secondary chair in client meetings for administrative and service follow up
• Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Highly involved in client interactions - engage with clients, solve client service issues, handle rollover calls, and establish rapport to ensure clients are comfortable reaching out 
• Help client with understanding product/plan as needed
• Collaborate with the advisor on client service needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, financial plans, and investment decisions. 
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies to protect both clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services
• Good understanding of financial products and planning
• 3+ years of client service
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Series 7, Series 66/63 and State Life & Health are preferred

Compensation

• $85,000 -100,000 base salary plus bonus and full benefits
