Overview:

Sonic Application is Wealth Mgmt's 10-b-51 trading enabler platform for affiliated clients with publicly listed entities. This application belongs under Equity Structuring group and it's a growth area for Engg BU & Business revenue.

Team is an established Engg group in Blr with presence in NY & Singapore.

Role: This position offers develop / lead projects for Sonic application from Blr. Reporting to global lead in Singapore and regional lead in Blr

Required skill set:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java, RESTful Services, Spring boot framework

• Basic understanding of RDBMS and No-sql (Preferred Mongo)

• Strong in Core Java programming and Data Structures

• Hands-on with RESTful services

• Understanding of unit testing and code coverage tools

• Ability to lead independent project/modules.
• Ability to communicate and work with teams across time zones (US/Sngpr) on Requirements analysis/design discussions/code reviews/UAT testing involving business end-users (Traders, sales/ops).

Additional / Preferred:
• Experience with UI, Angular or React is a plus.

• Ability to work with junior developer for technical grooming, code reviews, and participate in design discussions

• Reporting periodic updates to global leads and users, participate in regular dev scrums ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
