Job Description

Our client is a highly successful wealth management firm based out of Wellesley, MA. They provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management, requiring a high level of intellectual capital and an unwavering commitment to the clients who have trusted them.

Position Overview

As a Wealth Management Operations Associate, you will be at the core of daily operations and managing a broad range of tasks that are critical to the client experience. This role will work as part of a team in an established wealth management firm supporting the day-to-day operations of the financial services practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare investment and insurance paperwork.
  • Input and maintain existing and new client data to ensure applications and investment accounts can be effectively submitted.
  • Review and complete insurance applications, conversions and policy changes.
  • Oversee the underwriting process including scheduling medical exams as needed and monitoring daily status reports.
  • Assist in onboarding new accounts including the collection of required documentation.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients to address inquiries, resolve service requests or issues related to insurance and investment products.
  • Maintain ownership of systems and client engagement from point of information receipt through completion.
  • Proactively communicate with the team and clients regarding any outstanding items that impede the flow of paperwork
  • Actively participate in conservation of existing investment and insurance business.
  • Assist with other projects and administrative duties as needed.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 annual base salary + benefits
