Wealth Onboarding Manager
Oversee and manage the comprehensive onboarding process for new wealth associates. This role involves coordinating start dates, role specific system entitlements, as well as outstanding licensing needs in collaboration with Regional Licensing Consultants (RLCs). Additionally, the role will ensure that new wealth associates have a seamless onboarding experience including equipment delivery, as well as work location coordination in partnership with Workplace Optimization Team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Onboarding coordination:
- Coordinate start dates for new managers ensure clear communication leading up to their commencement.
- Manage the setup and access to all necessary systems and tools specific to each managerial role.
- Identify and coordinate the acquisition of any required licenses or certifications in partnership with Regional Licensing Consultants.
Onboarding experience management:
- Ensure that all necessary equipment (laptops, corporate phones, corporate card, badge, etc.) is ordered, configured, and delivered to the new associates office or designated location at the appropriate time.
- Partner with facilities and workplace optimization teams to ensure the new associate’s workspace is ready and welcoming.
- Plan and execute a comprehensive first experience, including team introductions, office tours, and an overview of company policies and culture.
Training and performance monitoring:
- Monitor and track new associates progress through foundations training program, ensuring that they need to meet the necessary milestones and graduation requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with new associates’ manager about training progress by providing updates to field leadership as appropriate in partnership with Learning Coordinator.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
- SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 24

Base Pay Range: $81,000/yr. - $103,500/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).Â
