About the Role

As a Web 3 Product Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption and growth of products and technologies created by RootstockLabs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and developer experience to understand the unique value proposition of Rootstock and communicate it effectively to each target audience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert with a deep understanding of Web 3 technologies and a proven track record of successfully launching and marketing on-chain products.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the Web 3 space. Use insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning for RootstockLabs Web 3 products. Articulate the value proposition to different target audiences and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create a wide range of marketing collateral including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations. Ensure content aligns with product messaging and resonates with our target audience.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on data insights, and report on key metrics.
• Events Execution: Plan and execute events such as AMAs, conferences, workshops, and hackathons. Coordinate event promotion, attendee engagement and execute campaigns to ensure pre and post event engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives. Use data to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to increase product adoption.

Requierements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of Web 3 technologies such as blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Self-starter with a passion for innovation and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience with DAOs and other DeFi product launches is a big plus.
