Web Analytics & Data Specialist
The Web Analytics & Data Specialist will work on the Human Element Data & Analytics team to promote eCommerce growth through the collection, preparation, analysis, and presentation of data across a growing portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities will include working with the team lead and client to identify KPIs, site-wide goals, and conversion funnels to describe the user journey across multiple client websites. It will also include planning, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and reporting of tagging activities across each site - primarily within Google and Adobe tools.

We are looking for someone who is focused on building our client's business through performance measurement, analysis, and reporting of our client's websites, including the identification and optimizations of opportunities to support all digital marketing channels. This role is a key component in both the agency and client's success, and will be responsible for managing complex tracking implementations, troubleshooting complex tracking issues, and adapting to the ever-changing world of tagging and tracking. This means identifying ideas that drive measurable results and solving business challenges, while staying organized and communicating clearly in a very fast paced environment.

Essential Job Functions - What You Will Do
- Responsible for leading and executing the web analytics strategy for the agency and our clients
- Utilize advanced skills in Excel, Google Data Studio, and other data analysis platforms to build, maintain, and update web analytics reporting.
- Create, manage, & update analytics dashboards, and support agency teams with data analysis through ad hoc requests
- Provide attribution models that will assist the client's overall marketing strategies.
- Analyze web traffic behavior and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates & user experience and uncover insights that drive revenue growth and provide actionable optimizations.
- Assist and concept A/B and multi-variant testing of website content, layout, functions, and site structure for UX/CRO improvements based on ongoing analysis.
- Set up, manage, and audit client's analytics and tag management accounts, according to best practices and the ever-changing world of tagging and tracking
- 3+ years Advanced Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience.
- Proficiency with Google Data Studio and/or other related reporting platforms
- Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and experience in client/customer-facing role
- Measurement, reporting, and other data analytics skills
- Excellent time and calendar management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and pressured environment while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Ability to work well in a team environment
