Web Analytics Manager

The Role:
We’re looking for a talented Web Analytics Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital business reporting, as well as online key performance metrics across the shopping journey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data analytics and data integrity. They will focus on identifying actionable insights to business trends that can positively impact the overall performance across each functional area of the site experience. This role will also own the data roadmap and enhancements to third party data integrations to support data automation, brand initiatives and campaign launches. Additionally, they will work with cross functional teams to identify impacts to site performance and aggregate findings across management and executive levels.
Responsibilities:
- Create actionable daily/weekly reporting to deliver emerging trends and insights to on site performance including overall Ecommerce KPIs, A/B Testing, and Personalization results
- Assist the site team in both weekly and monthly performance recaps to present data in a clear and concise manner across management and executive levels
- Provide recommendations across internal teams and external vendors based on key learnings to positively impact overall business by reducing friction throughout the shopping journey
- Run journey mapping and heatmap analyses and provide recommendations to UX Strategy & Design, CRO and Site Merchandising teams
- Work both internally and cross functionally to assist in adhoc deep dive analysis for immediate business needs
- Own projects within site analytics to effectively communicate impacts to performance for site enhancements and campaigns
- Standardize reporting across the site team to ensure alignment both internally and externally on how we present performance and findings
- Manage and optimize online dashboards in collaboration with the BI team and ensure reporting is up to date and accurate
- Own the analytics roadmap including both suggestions on new vendors as well as enhancements to current reporting structures and tools
- Assist the site team in reporting opportunities through 3rd party tools including merchandising, a/b testing & personalization, recommendations, UGC and rating/review performance
- Create and manage the brand/product campaign measurement framework including Site and Marketing KPIs along the campaign lifecycle
- Coordinate internally and across teams to provide insights into key learnings of campaigns and/or new product launches
- Partner closely with Digital Marketing (Growth & CRM) to link inbound traffic measures to Site Experience performance
- Work alongside internal and external partners to optimize how we integrate, automate, and utilize data across tools
- Collaborate with CRO to identify personalization opportunities by cohorts based on available consumer data
- Define E-com business requirements for data integrations for all 3rd party current and new
Experience, Skills, & Attributes:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of relevant Digital Analytics experience, preferably with focus on Web Analytics at an e-commerce or apparel/fashion company

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems
- Ability to identify appropriate KPI tracking and translate data into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience with Web Analytics and Digital Marketing performance tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- Expertise with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using testing and personalization platforms such as Dynamic Yield a plus
- Knowledge of ContentSquare, HEAP and Looker a plus
- Experience working within a CDP (Customer Data Platform) a plus
