Job Summary
OneAmerica IT Associates leverage their information technology skills by participating in and leading peer groups to create solutions by meeting complex product and process challenges. The Web and Mobile Software Test Lead is responsible for managing the testing of complex, enterprise scale programs. This requires the associate to partner closely with other key roles within a project team, peers, and senior leaders. Typically, this role will create and manage software testing plan and direct work of numerous other software testing professionals.

- Accountable for providing test management services for enterprise transformational program execution and delivery
- Responsible for the identification and mitigation of software delivery risks and issues for the program
- Accountable for an effective testing strategy for program
- Lead IT professionals/offshore testers accountable for delivery of the software testing services for the program
- Lead implementation and monitoring of efficiency improvements within the program The Software Testing Lead works without direct supervision. This role is required to lead the testing efforts of others.
- Familiarity and experience in multiple technical domains as well as automation in testing tools and strategies is important.
Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
- Computer Science, Software Development, similar degree, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience creating and managing software quality deliverables, processes, and tools
- 5+ years of experience in Web/Mobile Testing
Recommended Education and/or Certifications
- Software Quality Assurance and Testing Certifications
- DevOps Certifications
- Data Analytics Certifications
Required Work Experience
- Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and able to synthesize the results.
- Master skills of leading large-scale software testing services within large-scale programs.
- Master knowledge of software testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
- Superb communication and mentoring skills with the ability to connect with members of the Software Quality Assurance community.
- Ability to design and implement best practices and design patterns for software engineering in testing.
- Expertise in Automation Framework creation (Selenium, Junit, Cucumber, PostMan)
- Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills.
- Should have Strong leadership skills.
- Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
