Web Application Admin- HYBRID

The Web Application Administrator is responsible for configuration, consultation, and build production of DRB exclusive web and mobile applications, specifically Website Connect and Mobile Connect. This position reports directly to the Implementation Manager and will be located at the DRB HQ office in Akron, OH. We are looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic individual to help our organization succeed.

Essential Functions:

Illustrative duties may include, but are not restricted to, one or more of the following:

• Consult with customers on product features base on the customers needs.
• Trains customers on the use of specific DRB products related to Web / Mobile applications.
• Collects configuration information from customers to ensure DRB products meet the customers expectation and business need.
• Works with external business partners or contractors to implement products based on customer specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, related to day-to-day implementation projects.
• Coordinates product implementation dates between customers and external business partners or contractors.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by providing timely troubleshooting assistance.
• Configure database items in relation to web / mobile applications supported by SiteWatch.
• Utilize basic HTML and CSS coding abilities to design application layout.
• Implement application revisions requested by customers during and after application deployment.
• Handles support troubleshooting.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred. Or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Technical Experience: Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CSS / HTML, and relational databases. As well as demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications, computers.
• Other Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to train, troubleshoot and problem solve.
