What does a day in the life as a Web Application Developer Support look like?
  • Add supplier in tires, what type of tire in US
  • Add API keys credentials sample issue
  • Assisting customer on the backend, creating widget on customer site, navigating website
  • Wheels tire solution backend, ecommerce platform for tires, this is what they need to sell in dealership
  • Supporting client's website, how to embed widget to their site, web developing Support the platform is the main task
  • Pricing changes in website like supporting client's widget, such as pricing of tires
  • Embedding widget to the website


    • What are the required qualifications of Web Application Developer Support?
  • At least 2 years technical support for website applications or platforms
  • Experience with troubleshooting computer issues and updating website details
  • Knowledgeable with API
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity or knowledgeable with automotive tires is a plus
  • Prefers with background in coding or can read codes for errors
  • Ability to create websites is an advantage
